Project description:

"The project refers to the design of a 1-storey residence in the municipality of Thermi on the east side of Thessaloniki. The building is situated at the north side of the area, and it is characterized by its minimal and contemporary architecture. Clear geometrical forms and straight lines create an impressive building facade which reflects the lay out of the plan. Additionally,  big transparent surfaces connect the interior space with the outdoor, rendering the abidance in the house, a unique experience. Following the eco spirit of today, OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS offer a sustainable design respecting the environment. A wide atrium is located in the center of the building, between the public and the private uses, allowing the natural light and wind to enter the building. The residence contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and an extended open plan space for the kitchen and living room which enjoys the view to the garden and to the swimming pool."
