The website under the domain https://www.pygmalionkaratzas.com (the “Website”) is operated by Pygmalion Karatzas Photography (the “PKP”, the “Photographer”, the “Administrator”, the “Owner”). Pygmalion Karatzas is a freelance architect, architecture and fine art photographer registered in Greece, located in Andronopoulou 4, 25100, Aigion, Achaia Greece with TEE registration number 86755.

The provision of photographic services by Pygmalion Karatzas Photography is governed by Greek law and any disputes related to such services as well as any other dispute, of any kind, with the Photographer shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Achaia prefecture, Greece.

The Administrator of this website and all products, articles and views within it has used his best efforts in creating this product. PKP make no representation of warranties with respect to the accuracy, applicability, fitness, or completeness of the contents of this website and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.

Any views expressed through this website or through any social media controlled by the Photographer or any articles or other contributions published elsewhere do not constitute any representation of warranties and no responsibility is undertaken in this regard. Further disclaimers and liability limitations can be found further below.
