'Aperspectival' series receives honorable mention at the IPA 2017 awards


A selection of images from the 'Aperspectival' series received an honorable mention in the category of Architecture - Cityscapes at the International Photography Awards 2017. This year, the IPA received 14,273 submissions from over 165 countries. You can view all the winning entries here:

‘Aperspectival’ series takes a more intimate look at urban landscapes, influenced by the metropolitan condition ‘terrain vague’ as defined by Ignasi de Sola-Morales - the anonymous reality of spaces on the fringes of organised urban planning. The series fuses the boundaries between topographic/representational and expressionistic/pictorial iconography in its exploration of the integral perspective.
